The Parkview is the first multi-family building to be built within Southlake Town Square, a 135-acre mixed-use, master-planned neighborhood. The 36-unit condo building is the second phase of the Garden District, Southlake’s newest residential neighborhood. The 5-story red brick and cast stone building defines the western edge of the district. The building is organized into four symmetrical wings that flank a central entrance. Enclosed parking is located at the first floor and linked to a central lobby. A series of major and minor bay elements modulate the long street façade along Central Avenue. A series of generously sized balconies are interspersed between the bays and open onto Stebbins Park – the Garden District’s central community open space. At the top (fifth) floor, the building steps back to create a series of large terraces for the six penthouse units. Four of these units have internal stairs that access private, rooftop terraces. A central, common roof terrace provides seating, grilling areas and two plunge pools shared by all residents.
