The Newport Beach Golf Club project is sited at the juxtaposition of the first, ninth and eighteenth holes of an Arnold Palmer signature golf course. Fully developed, this project will include a full service golf clubhouse and over 250 condominium apartments totaling approximately 400,000 square feet of development.

The design creates a series of courtyards and open spaces by locating up to seventeen buildings in an offset pattern along Beach Access Road, affording most condominiums unobstructed views of the golf course. The first phase includes three buildings: a four story building with the golf clubhouse located on the ground floor and 24 condominiums above; two 3-story buildings each containing nine apartments; and approximately 50,000 square feet of structured parking. At 16,000 square feet, the Clubhouse will contain: a pro shop, pub, dining rooms and kitchen; locker rooms, offices and support/storage.

The apartments at the Newport Beach Golf Club include one to three bedrooms, each with sizable outdoor balconies overlooking the golf course and/or courtyard. A one story arcade connects these buildings and forms the project’s first courtyard. Each courtyard will provide a lushly landscaped outdoor space with a common point of entry for a group of apartments. Given the proximity to the Gulf and potential flooding, the entire project will be built on a single level parking structure that allows convenient parking for the apartments while pushing the habitable portions of the project well above the 500-year flood mark. Fill from a nearby newly constructed marina will be used to create the plazas on top of the parking structure and to slope the site back down to natural grade at the golf course.
