David M. Schwarz Architects Designing New Ground-Floor Addition to Bank of America Tower

  Press

David M Schwarz Architects, in coordination with BOKA Powell as Architect of Record, has designed a new ground-floor addition to the DR Horton (soon to be Bank of America) Tower in Sundance Square. Originally designed by famed architect Paul Rudolph, construction of the tower was completed in 1984. The new addition is intended to be respectful of the original aesthetic while providing a pedestrian-friendly branch location for Bank of America.
