The Sundance West project includes an eleven-screen AMC mulitplex and street-level retail, in addition to apartment units starting on the sixth floor of the twelve-story building. For recreation, Sundance West is adjacent to a popular nightspot, and also offers its own contribution to the entertainment arena, with the first downtown cinemas in Fort Worth. The 11-cinema complex is located above the retail level, and features a four-story-high lobby. Designed as a movie set cityscape with metal girders, columns and trusses framing views of a distant urban skyline, the lobbies recall the splendor and fantasy of early 20th century movie palaces.
