Cook Children’s Medical Center Prosper Hospital is a 210,000 SF hospital addition to the existing Medical Office Building on the Prosper campus, connected via a two-story link. The facility is supported by on-grade parking and a helipad located at the northeast corner of the site. Cook Children’s primary goal for the project was to establish an early presence in Prosper, initiating development ahead of other providers to lead the market and capitalize on the area’s rapid growth. The hospital includes a Level 1 Emergency Department and Level 2 Operating Rooms with associated support spaces, while a three-story patient tower (Levels 3–5) houses private patient rooms sized to efficiently support patient care and clinical services.
