Designer

Steve Mullineaux is a Maryland native and 2017 graduate from the University of Maryland School of Architecture. After graduation, Steve worked at the architecture firm owned by his parents, who are also fellow UMD Architecture alumni, until joining David M. Schwarz Architects in early 2023. As a child Steve enjoyed drawing, playing with Legos and designing his dream homes which naturally led him to the field of architecture. Steve has always enjoyed problem-solving, whether computer troubleshooting, repairing small engines or the like. When not designing, Steve spends his free time playing chess and pool, skiing and learning new musical instruments.
