Rosie Arthur is a Designer with David M. Schwarz Architects and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a concentration in Architectural Practice and Enterprise from the University of Notre Dame, Class of 2019. Rosie grew up in the Metro Detroit area but has called Washington, DC home since 2020. Rosie’s experience prior to joining DMSAS has included designing world-class golf clubs, high-end residential homes in the Georgetown neighborhood of DC, and adaptive re-use of historic buildings throughout the city. She is a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) and is passionate about advocating for sustainable, human-scaled places.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys exploring different cities and walkable communities, adventuring in the outdoors and visiting National Parks, and being her neighborhood’s go-to dog walker.
