Markus Hongmanivanh Assoc. AIA
DesignerMarkus Hongmanivanh joined David M. Schwarz Architects in November 2019. A long-time Maryland resident, he began his education at Montgomery College before transferring to Morgan State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He then went on to Northeastern University to complete his Master of Architecture degree. Markus began his architectural career in 2016, designing custom single-family homes before moving into the commercial world. Since then, he has contributed to a wide range of DMSAS projects spanning exterior design, interior architecture, and interior design. He also manages the DMSAS social media account and runs the office sports league. Outside of work, Markus enjoys traveling, testing out new recipes, and watching drama series over a glass or two of red wine.
