James Pescio’s appreciation of beauty combined with his analytical mind drew him to architecture at a young age. Having grown up in Carmel, Indiana, James was well acquainted with David M. Schwarz’s work as his favorite building in the city, The Palladium, was designed by the firm. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture in 2021 from the University of Notre Dame, James worked in Chicago designing high-end homes and restoring historic residences. In 2023, James moved to Alexandria, Virginia and joined DMSAS as a Designer. Outside of architecture, James enjoys making pottery, cooking, traveling and going to museums with his fiancĂ©e who laughs at him when he takes more photos of architectural details than the actual art.
