High Street is a 45-acre phased mixed-use development in the Perimeter Center area of Atlant, Georgia. High Street will be a pedestrian oriented neighborhood adjacent to the MARTA rail that offers a wide mix of housing types, including both rental and for sale units. The focal point of Phase I will be a significant public square with retail, restaurant and office uses surrounding the large public green. The project will ultimately accommodate 300,000 SF of retail and restaurant uses, 3,000 residential units, 2 hotels and 200,000 SF of additional office space.
